Debbie plays a key role in growing business relationships by handling client onboarding and the scheduling of training programs.
Debbie plays a key role in growing business relationships by handling client onboarding and the scheduling of training programs. She has a vast array of experience in sales, from fine jewelry and home improvement to high-end gifts and apparel with companies such as May Co., Casio Co. and Home Depot. Debbie has worked extensively in customer service, event planning, and golf pro-shop management.
As the Director of Client Success her goals are:
• to create a smooth onboarding transition into the Sandler training programs
• maintain and grow interactions between W&A and their clients
• ensure clients complete certifications in a timely manner
• promote W&A activities, programs and announcements through social media outlets
In her spare time, Debbie is an avid reader and movie-watcher who also takes joy in playing volleyball whenever possible. She also enjoys spending weekends traveling with her husband. They have a daughter who lives in Kansas City and a son who is a student at Indiana University.
